Email support@smartpaytools.com. Include the page address, sample inputs, the result you saw, and what you expected. If a rule or source is out of date, include the official source you think should replace it.

Use fictional amounts when possible. We do not need a pay stub, Social Security number, bank details, or employer account credentials to investigate a calculator example.

Questions about your actual paycheck

We can clarify the website's formulas, but cannot access payroll records or resolve an employment or tax dispute. Ask your payroll department about its hours, rates, and deductions, and use the official resources linked in our guides when a rule needs checking.
